CASTILLO BEACH CLUB is a club created in 1987 and owns Weeks with timeshare law Real Estate, administered and managed by Hotel Extuca, which in turn manages and operates a Hotel and 22 Villas-Suite in La Coruña (www.pazodorio.com ), here we answer to the most frequent questions about this scheme:
How does a club with Law Week with timeshare work?
The new partner will decide to buy one or several weeks of the Hotel, and from that moment on, will begin to be part of the Club, with all its rights and obligations.
The partner of Castillo Beach Club resort, will enjoy exclusively , a fully equipped apartment with all necessary facilities for comfortable holidays.
Today, an increasing number of tourists are associated with Holiday Clubs, because with a small investment, less than buying a second home, the partner, ensure vacations for the rest of his life, repaying investment and prices getting lower than 50% of market value.
Member´s Obligations , Annual Maintenance Fee
The only obligation that the partner has, in addition to the rules of respect and education available at any club, is paying an annual maintenance fee.
Any serious club, will charge this fee provided in the statutes, for proper operation and maintenance. As partners we must be aware that payment for this, which is the guarantee of a Club with a Future. If the member fails to pay the fee, the Election Board will vote for the expulsion of the member.
The amount of shares are used in the maintenance of all services that has Castillo Beach Club : pools, tennis, indoor football, discounts on golf courses, gyms, car parks for children, entertainment, bars, restaurants, saunas, cleaning , gardens, laundry, security, reforms, 24h receptions, reservations office, basic supplies (water, electricity, telephone, etc..) taxes, staff costs, etc.
Should the member pay the fee if he do not go to the Club a given year?
Usig or not your weeks ,the member should pay annual maintenace. The fee guarantized Club´s service quiality.
What does Castillo Beach Club offer ?
Each apartment is equipped for 4 or 6 people and has a lounge ,completed kitchen , one or two Bathroomd , one or two rooms.Rooms have safety deposit box.
What will members need to have during holidays ?
He will have clothes and personal objects . All the bed clothes , table and bathroom will be available and will be changed in regular periods
What documents support the purchase (s) of the week (s)?
Besides the contract with the Seling agency , the member will receive a " Property Certificate " , which is the document that gives tha member , the legitimacy of the purchase.
How long will the member have his property right ? Por cuánto tiempo tendrá el socio derecho a su propiedad?
Each vacation club has a durability in its status , Castillo Beach Club will have usefull life till 2067

What is Interval International?
Generaly , Clubs with Weeks timeshare law are members of a vacation exchange system.
Castillo Beach Club is affiliated to "Interval International". This allows the member , through his authorization , request that his week(s) will be deposit with the exchange Interval International System.

What if the partner is unable or unwilling to go on vacation for one or more years?
The right to use the week is a transferable right, so that the member may authorize another person to use your (s) week (s). How to resell?
When one partner no longer wants to continue enjoying their week(s) , he can find a resale agency (never pay an advance for it) or resell (s) to an individual.
To sell the week (s) , the partner must fulfill two basic requirements: to have the maintenance fees to date and have the certificate of ownership.
